Eat Anything You Want (and enjoy)

Many overweight Americans believe that in order to loose weight they must go on an extremely restrictive diet.  Often times these individuals end up malnourished because they have eaten too little and as a result they aren't getting the vitamins and minerals their bodies need to loose weight and most importantly stay healthy while doing it.  So the weight just stays put while these folks feel hungry and tired all day.  Well there is a better way to loose weight while staying healthy.  

If you are one of these people mentioned in the former paragraph then keep reading because I am going to help you get out of that horrible cycle of starving yourself only to loose a few pounds before your body revolts on your diet and you start eating a lot again only now with a slower metabolism.  This becomes a dreadful cycle that I am going to help you overcome. 

This blog aims to focus on developing not a diet but a new healthy lifestyle and principles you can live by forever.  I am going to explain in later articles how you can eat anything you want and stay healthy while losing weight.  You won't be calorie cutting, drinking protein shakes (unless you like them), or eating bland foods.  There is one thing you will avoid and I will discuss in detail what that is in the coming articles.
